LEAP Housing is a Boise-based nonprofit committed to ensuring that all Idahoans have access to safe, stable, and affordable homes. They build and preserve affordable rental housing, provide support services for residents, and offer tools that help renters move toward sustainable homeownership through below-market financing and community land trusts. By partnering with local landowners and managing properties responsibly, LEAP works to strengthen neighborhoods and expand housing stability across the state.
