Wyatt leads operations at Black Cat Ventures, overseeing acquisitions, financing, asset management, and investor relations across the portfolio. After graduating from Cornell University in 2013 and spending a decade in institutional brokerage roles at Eastdil Secured and JLL, he joined the family office in 2022 to scale BCV’s multifamily investment strategy. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing investments across the full lifecycle, from origination through stabilization and disposition. Based in Bozeman, Montana, he spends his free time snowboarding, fly fishing, and hiking with his dog.

He is a fifth-generation graduate of Montana State University, where he earned dual degrees in Marketing and Economics. Tyler brings a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a practical, hands-on approach. Based in Bozeman, Montana, he spends his free time skiing, climbing, riding motorcycles, and backcountry backpacking.
