Wyatt leads operations at Black Cat Ventures, overseeing acquisitions, financing, and day-to-day asset management across the portfolio. After graduating from Cornell in 2013 and spending a decade in institutional brokerage roles at Eastdil Secured and JLL, he joined the family-office in 2023 to scale BCV’s multifamily investment strategy. Wyatt leverages his underwriting and capital markets background to drive disciplined growth and operational performance. Based in Bozeman, Montana, Wyatt spends his free time skiing, fishing, and hiking with his dog.

Tyler is an Analyst at Black Cat Ventures, contributing across early-stage investments while supporting day-to-day asset management. He holds dual majors in Marketing and Economics from Montana State University and brings a strong work ethic and a focus on useful, hands-on work. Based in Bozeman, Montana, Tyler is a fifth-generation Montana State University graduate. Outside of work, he’s usually skiing, climbing, riding motorcycles, or backcountry backpacking.
